All SMS opt-out requests are honored promptly.

We only use your information to operate RAVEN, deliver requested notifications, and support your account.

Program name: RAVEN bill and payment notifications

Message type: Transactional text messages related to bills, trips, payment reminders, payment confirmations, and account activity.

Message frequency: Varies based on your activity and the bills or trips you participate in.

Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: Reply STOP at any time.

Help: Reply HELP or contact support@ravensplit.com.

Mobile Information Sharing

RAVEN does not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share limited mobile information with service providers only as necessary to operate the service, such as Twilio for SMS delivery. These providers may not use that information for their own marketing purposes.

Consent for Text Messaging

Users opt in to receive transactional SMS from RAVEN during account creation or bill onboarding by entering their phone number and checking an unchecked consent checkbox.

The checkbox states that users agree to receive transactional SMS from RAVEN about bills, payment reminders, and account activity, that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, that users can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help, and that consent is not required to purchase.

Users may also opt in when joining a shared bill or trip flow that presents the same SMS disclosure and consent language.

Third-Party Service Providers

These providers only receive information needed to perform their services for RAVEN.

Data Retention

We keep account and bill-related information for as long as needed to operate your account and maintain your history, unless you request deletion or we need to retain certain records for security or legal reasons.

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information.
