These Terms of Service govern your use of RAVEN and its bill, receipt, trip, and messaging features.

Using RAVEN

By using RAVEN, you agree to use the service lawfully and only for legitimate bill-splitting, trip, and expense-sharing activity.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity that occurs through your account or shared bill participation.

Payments

RAVEN helps people organize what they owe and who paid. RAVEN is not a bank or payment processor and does not directly move funds between users.

SMS Terms

Program name: RAVEN bill and payment notifications

Message type: Transactional SMS messages about bills, trips, payment reminders, payment confirmations, and account activity.

Message frequency: Varies based on your participation and account activity.

Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: Reply STOP to any message.

Help: Reply HELP or contact support@ravensplit.com.

Consent: By entering your phone number and checking the opt-in box in our signup or billing flow, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages from RAVEN.

Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Acceptable Use

Do not use RAVEN to send spam, harass others, or impersonate another person.
Do not attempt to break, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.
Do not use the platform for unlawful activity.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if the service is abused or used in violation of these terms.
